KEY:
    Requested - If a week is "Requested", it has not been reserved yet, but somebody has completed our reservation form and has indicated their intentions to reserve the villa. You may still submit a request for any week that is "Requested". If the preceding person fails to pay within 24 hours notice of us receiving your request, you then may reserve the villa.
    Reserved - Reserved means that at least a down payment has been made for the rental.
    Available - It's all yours! Simply click on the date you wish to request and submit the Reservation Form.
    Too Far Out - If a date is marked "Too Far Out" it means that we are not taking reservations that far in advance. Our maximum amount of days you can book in advance is currently set to 365 days.

Serendipity Villa Rates

The following is the current rate schedule for the Serendipity Villa. Rates may change without notice so please contact us if you have any questions. Check-in times and days for our rental is after 4:00 PM on the check-in date. Check-out is 10:00 AM.

You will find that our prices are very reasonable for this caliber home, in this type location, with these amenities.

NOTE: Extra children/guests may stay in Library or Living Room which each have one sofabed and/or Quiet Room which has 4 daybeds. These guests must be declared in the reservation request. If you increase the number of guests subsequent to your reservation, the new guests will be charged at the current rates, effectice the date of the notice.

Serendipity Villa accepts all major credit cards.

Payment and Cancellation Policies:

At least half of your total payment is due within 5 days of "requesting" your reservation in order to reserve. Failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to possible cancellation without notice to you. The balance due of rent, Government Hotel Tax (12.5%) and damage deposit ($1000) must be paid in full at least 45 days prior to your arrival. Only ONE credit card will be accepted from a rental party for villa payment. If you cancel more than 45 days prior to your arrival date, 80 per cent of your total rent will be refunded to you and 20 percent of your total rent will be retained by Serendipity Villa as full liquidated damages. Cancellations within 45 days prior to your arrival date may be subject to forfeiture of 100% rental fee, unless we are able to rebook your rental dates. If your dates are rebooked, then you will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total rental fee. Refunds due to last-minute reductions in the total headcount originally booked will only be considered on a case-by-case basis when requested within 45 days of your arrival. Booking requests made within 45 days of your arrival require 100% to be paid within 24 hours of the request. Cancellations may be made by the Villa owner due to unforeseen issues with the Serendipity Villa, in which case Owners will offer a full refund or attempt to relocate reserved guests in a like-kind or better villa. ALL RENTAL RATES AND SEASON DATES ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Rates listed do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (12.5% for U.S. Virgin Islands) or the refundable damage deposit.
